We approach each celebration with intention, creativity, and care. Every service and package is thoughtfully customized to fit your needs, priorities, and vision - because no two events (or couples!) are ever the same.

Full Service Wedding Planning

For couples who want a seamless, guided experience from start to finish. We handle every detail- from design concepts and vendor sourcing to timelines, communication, and day-of execution- so you can simply enjoy the process and be fully present.

Partial Planning

Perfect for those who have the big pieces in place but want expert help bringing everything together. We step in midway through your planning journey to refine details, manage logistics, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Day of Coordination

You’ve done the planning- now it’s time to hand off the clipboard and soak up the celebration.
This package includes:

  • All vendor communication beginning 45 days out

  • Two planning meetings prior to your event

  • A comprehensive timeline + setup logistics plan

  • Rehearsal and ceremony coordination

  • 10 hours of on-site management with planner + assistant team

Add-ons available for décor setup, extended hours, or weekend-long coverage.

Event Design

For hosts or couples who want a cohesive, elevated look and feel. From color palettes and textures to floor plans and styling, we’ll curate a design that feels like you- beautiful, intentional, and effortless.

Retreat Planning
